What did you learn about the climate impact of refrigerants? How do supermarkets contribute to this impact?

I learned that refrigerants impact the environment when they are chemicals like CFCs. CFCs can put holes in the ozone layer. The ozone layer protects us from sunlight and UV rays, and when a hole is found in it, that means Earth's surface can become hotter.

Human-powered transportation makes me feel like Im supporting the environment. Instead of getting my mom to drive me to my friend's house, I biked instead, and I felt accomplished.
