October 6 at 12:16 PMToday was the first day I sat down to breakfast without my phone or computer as entertainment. I ate eggs and toast with avocado and parmesan cheese, and sat in the living room by the window in the sunlight. It was very peaceful, and a good reminder to slow down and take time to focus on the present.

October 5 at 5:08 PMToday I went on a walk for about an hour. I did it at a park near where I live. It was a good day for a walk outside, very sunny with moderate temperatures.

October 5 at 4:03 PMI am enjoying being more aware of how my actions, impact the environment. I also feel good that I am not being passive anymore, and making changes actively.

October 4 at 8:54 PMI use protein shakes, bars and snacks as single-use items, but instead, if I make the protein shakes and snacks at home instead of buying them I can help minimize my plastic use.

October 4 at 8:50 PMI have noticed since I started the eco challenge, I am much more aware of actions that I take daily. For example I thought I didn't use too many one use plastics, but now I realize I use them in my protein shakes, bars etc. So now I am trying my best to find alternatives to limit my plastic use.

October 4 at 8:44 PMI noticed how I feel more relaxed after my daily walks. I have enjoyed taking time to focus on my physical and mental health, while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions by not using my car.
