It takes a lot of hard labor to be a cattle farmer. The farmers treat their animals well and make sure that they are well taken care of. A fun fact that I discovered is that dairy cows do not typically have front top teeth.

I've loved seaweed in different meals for a long time, but I've never tried to cook with it on my own. I've found that I really enjoy using it as a substitute for other ingredients that I can't eat as a pescatarian.

What was the most interesting thing to learn about sustainable aquaculture practices?

The most interesting thing I learned about sustainable aquaculture practices is aquaculture has a chance to help people make a living, let people access and/or afford food, and human and environmental health. But there are concerns with environmental sustainability. I think that aquaculture has become more known maybe around mid-20th century.

There have been a few problems with aquaculture, as it still seems to be a lot of animals in a small enclosure, but it does ease the pressure on wild fish populations.
