Ive fallen a bit behind due to me being busy with work and other classes, but I do enjoy when I get to post and learn more about the world.

I got to spend some time today in a neighborhood community garden where I weeded and help pick ripe, tomatoes, peppers and basil. I then helped set up their "take away" stand for volunteers to take what they wanted. I also brought a flyer about the gardento my job and posted it.

I found that steel, aluminum and PVC pipe are high contributors. I came across a very useful website where you can calculate the carbon footprint of a building project. This will be useful when we start to build our new deck next summer. https://8billiontrees.com/carbon-offsets-credits/carbon-footprint-of-building-materials/
