July 26 at 8:22 PMIt takes a lot of hard labor to be a cattle farmer. The farmers treat their animals well and make sure that they are well taken care of. A fun fact that I discovered is that dairy cows do not typically have front top teeth.

July 22 at 9:56 PMI've loved seaweed in different meals for a long time, but I've never tried to cook with it on my own. I've found that I really enjoy using it as a substitute for other ingredients that I can't eat as a pescatarian.

July 15 at 11:38 AMThe most interesting thing I learned about sustainable aquaculture practices is aquaculture has a chance to help people make a living, let people access and/or afford food, and human and environmental health. But there are concerns with environmental sustainability. I think that aquaculture has become more known maybe around mid-20th century.
