    I learned that pecticieds are very bad and that its very hard to keep up with this but it does help healthynes.

    around 2-3 I normally take 6 to go home and back. I saved 502 buying this for my cali trip.

    I made a few meals using a whole head of leuutce and tomato's, I really enjoy vegetables and using them to their fullest capacity.

    I have aten smaller meal portions and eating salads instead of heavy foods that will hurt my stomach, this really helped me to not have tummy aches and over eat.

    I made a fettuccine pasta with chicken raped in seaweed, I don't think I would use it again because I don't like the taste

    I learned that people with more income have a better chance at raising the kid with help vs people w a low income with no family around them
