Richer people eat more meat because the high price of the product satisfies them, meat brings too much fat for us, eating salad and healthy food brings more security to our lives

In my opinion, it depends a lot on the type of trip, if it's close you can use a vehicle, if it's a long trip I prefer to fly because it's more comfortable.

    Industry Recycle Everything I Can
How could you incorporate other "Rs" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "Rs" make you feel?

Cut back on things you don't need, like single-use plastics, excessive packaging, or unnecessary purchases. Reuse items that aren't necessary or that are damaging to the environment. Implementing these Rs often makes me feel more mindful, and connected to the environment and their communities. It also fostered a sense of pride in living more consciously.
