    Planting trees is good for mental health because with an apple tree, for example, you know what kind of food you are eating that hasn't been sprayed with pesticides.

    Meat is expensive so it is easier for richer people to afford. Eating more meat makes the digestive process harder.

    I have noticed people still throw out garbage.... I picked up some garbage!! I love the quiet time of an early morning walk now that it is light out earlier!!
