    I walk late at night to avoid traffic. Several roads I travel do not have sidewalks or adequate lighting.

    Access and expense. Unhealthy for our bodies, our planet and everyone. Too many calories, too much pollution.

    I am hoping the smaller portions will help me not over eat until my stomach hurts (if there is food on my plate, I feel like I have to eat it all). Though I have to say, I end up going back up for seconds quite a bit lol. That's still better than over eating.

    It feels great to help our environment and to not over use our resources. Spending less on things always is a bonus.
