March 4 at 2:28 PMSo far, the ecochallenges have been going well, but a bit challenging since I'm focusing on not using media while I'm eating, ive found that eating outside has helped me alot with this transition, and I'm hoping at some point in this challenge ill be able to eat mindfully inside without any media or going outside.

March 4 at 11:07 AMenjoying my usual matcha but with oat milk today and it tastes very sweet and delicious! normally i sweeten it with honey but i decided to try a different milk today. the straw is made from paper instead of plastic.
