    dinner was very much not meatless tonight – my mother once again forgot and there was no workaround. tomorrow!

    I typically use paper and plastic bags when I go out shopping because sometimes, I forget to bring a reuseable bag, now I make sure to always have at least two in my car at all times

    Two tasks I had picked had been relatively easy to do thus far, it's the third one of having to remember to make sure I unplug everything in my room that has been a little tuff to remember, but I am getting better

    So far, the ecochallenges have been going well, but a bit challenging since I'm focusing on not using media while I'm eating, ive found that eating outside has helped me alot with this transition, and I'm hoping at some point in this challenge ill be able to eat mindfully inside without any media or going outside.

    While going on my daily walks ive found that it gives me the opportunity to become familiar with local trails and parks. I'm planning to do daily walks even after this challenge is over.

    Pretty good, just got my first daily one in, and it wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought.

    enjoying my usual matcha but with oat milk today and it tastes very sweet and delicious! normally i sweeten it with honey but i decided to try a different milk today. the straw is made from paper instead of plastic.

    today's very much the same as yesterday but with fruit :O well in other news, i hope everyone has a lovely day and i hope my posts inspire others doing this challenge. :))
