    Now that I am working back in the clinic, I walk on my 60 minute lunch breaks.  What I have noticed is that everyone wants to be a part of nature (sitting under a tree in the grass, taking a quick jaunt on the trail up the road, etc.) but the problem is that the trails are still closed and the distancing rule is in place.  I love to spend alone...

    By knowing the difference between the different types of dates further encourages me to not only paying better attention to these dates to decrease waste but also truly making sure that food is no longer edible before disposing of it.

     my diet is probably not very good for the environment. But i can eat less meat and check labels to be more thoughtful.

    i have not heard off it before. but i think the biggest advantages are how they reuse farm land.
