    My next step for me is if we ever need any more light bulbs to buy led light bulbs instead of any other type of light bulbs.

    I have noticed all the birds singing. I have enjoyed singing nature. If there weren't any houses if it was just like a trail.

    My eating experience differ when I practice mindfulness because i feel when the food fill me up versus just eating mindlessly.

    Because in Richard countries it is more available and they can afford it. Eating our meat affects our planet our bodies and other people in bad ways. Eating meat is one of the biggest contributions to CO2 admissions.

    I learned that refrigerators impact the climate poorly. Supermarkets create a lot of green house gas emissions from their Refrigeration.

    I learned that family planning empowers women to their own choices. In some countries women are forced into arrange marriages and are forced to have kids at the age of 14 and it should be important for women to make the choice if they want to be married off or not.
