    I think a lot of people are worried if they don't eat enough meat they won't get proper protein! Lately I have been exploring different alternatives for protein, like lentils, beans, etc. I've started eating meat-free lunches!

    I use k-pod's daily, but have recently switched to fully compostable ones!
