REFLECTION QUESTIONCoastal, Ocean, and Engineered Sinks Cook With SeaweedWhat recipe did you make and how did it turn out? Will you cook with seaweed again?
Cam Vaughn 10/25/2024 7:33 AMI made a pasta recipe with seaweed for the first time in my life. It was different from what I'm used to, and I had to get used to the seaweed. The recipe was good though, so I will look to use more seaweed in my recipes in the future.-
Alexis Seymour (101) 10/25/2024 12:07 PMNice job trying something new!!

REFLECTION QUESTIONIndustry Recycle Everything I CanHow could you incorporate other "Rs" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "Rs" make you feel?
Cam Vaughn 10/23/2024 9:22 AMI could incorporate these "Rs" by being more mindful of the products I'm using. These implementations would make me feel like I'm contributing to the environment in a positive way. -
Cam Vaughn 10/17/2024 8:52 PMI've always wanted to start a garden so i can produce my own food. These days, we buy way too much of our food from outside sources. This challenge has motivated me to learn more about gardening practices and how to sustain a garden. When I get my own land, I plan to make one. I'll just have to protect it from my dogs. -
Cam Vaughn 10/15/2024 11:48 AMThis challenge has been interesting because I normally don't pay attention to the things in this challenge. I do my best to recycle, but other than that I didn't take the time to do the listed actions. Going forward, I'll pay more attention to my footprint because it was alarming how big my footprint is. -
Cam Vaughn 10/14/2024 5:07 PMEating mindfully has been an interesting challenge. I realized that I am often so consumed with what I'm doing while I'm eating that I don't truly enjoy my meal. I've found that I am less hungry post-meal when I eat it slowly and mindfully. -
Cam Vaughn 10/11/2024 10:14 AMI recently took the carbon footprint test. I was shocked to find out that if everyone lived like me, we would need 6.8 earths! I thought my carbon footprint would be a lot smaller than that. It goes to show that we must be mindful of what we do every day if we're going to take care of this planet.
