    While visiting Halloweentown in St. Helens, I supported a cute pop-up shop run by a woman selling bags, accessories, and cool magnets. I bought one of her magnets to stick on my fridge.

    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    I visited an Island Marine Park with a few friends and observed much seaweed growth in the water surrounding the island.

    How can you express your personality, creativity, and values in ways that don't require fast fashion or buying more clothes and accessories?

    I can express myself authentically without feeding into overconsumption by reusing and repurposing clothes I already own. I could also learn to crochet or make my own pieces of clothing the way I want them without adding to the effects of fast fashion.
