So far a total of 6 apples and 4 bananas this month. I also had an orange watermelon. I never thought something like this would happen within a month.

Being able to at least eat 1 or 2 fruits a day has been a tuff challenge for me, but I feel like I've gotten better at it little by little. And then when it comes to distractions from using technology while eating has also improved a bit, I started from 3 minutes to 5 minutes, and so on. These challenges are hard, but they are not impossible to achieve

I still have some trouble with being able to achieve 4 cups a day of fruits and/or vegetables. Unfortunately it's unlikely I may reach that goal. But I am trying to aim for at least 2 fruits or vegetables a day whether it's an apple, banana, watermelon, carrots, brocoli, etc. I go for at least one in the morning and then another one at night. Being able to eat without distractions is my easiest so far out of the 3. And then the electricity part I may need to start doing that which has been my hardest one out of the 3

I would have one fruit or vegetable to start off in the morning, and then another one in the evening. I do my best to get this daily, but it's not an easy task for me. In regards to not having distractions while I am having my lunch or dinner, it is also one of my major habits as I get distracted with electronic devices easily, but I am also doing my best to get off that comfort zone and try to go at least between 5-10 minutes of no device in me.
