    Always turn the light off and before going to sleep spend time doing mindful activities which clears the mind and relaxes the body to put you into a deep sleep and have a wonderful sleep.

    If you have any pot plants under cover make sure to put them out in the elements when it is raining this reduced the water you spend feeding then and they will have a good shower and will brighten up the pot plants

    What a beautiful way to give the autumn leaves another life - Add them to the compost or garden to allow them to break down r in to the green bin to tur into council compost where they can put the compost on their parks and gardens
