    Knowing the difference between sell by, use by, and best by dates empowers me to make more informed decisions about food safety, quality, and reducing waste, which will help me to optimize good use, reduce food waste and save more money.

    As I was going on my walk today, I noticed most places are not equipped for just those who want to walk. Often, you have to walk around cars parked in their respective parking lots.

    What was the most interesting thing to learn about sustainable aquaculture practices?

    Fish produce organic waste; seaweed is able to absorb excess nutrients which help prevent eutrophication which is when a body of water is overly enriched nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus.

    Most of my walking occurred on campus. The infrastructure was good plenty of space to walk freely.
