    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    Eating/serving smaller plates causes people to eat less/eat only what they need (the serving size). This is beneficial to patients overall health and helps them get only the nutrients they need.

    To green my future job (nursing) I will focus on planetary health and work on finding the connection between patient health and health of the planet as I go through my career.
