    Today was rough, had to find to walk. I feel like at times its hard to find room and space when there is so much time being demanded (aka: work and school).
    But at least I did 25 min of walking!!!!!!!! :P

    I tend to enjoy my walks more when I change it up, if i'm consistently in doing the same routine I do tend to get board. However music helps a lot!

    Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

    My mindfulness consist of being aware of what I'm doing, rather than just eating and being in "the moment". I'm not really thinking of what I'm doing, I'm simply just in the moment and being (if that makes sense). I am enjoying meals and being able to admire the outside.

    Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

    I've been eating vegan dumpling, with Cholula sauce, it's been honestly really good!

    Incorporating not using my phone when eating a meal has brought be closer to my loved ones. I'm able to talk about my day as well as asking family members about theirs. It's brought be closer and allowed me to know what others are doing instead of just being in the same routine.

    I have been eating the "Morning Star Farms" Vegan buffalo Patties with some rice. Honestly really good, for it being "fake" chicken ( and just as fulfilling) :P
