Jess Miner 7/13/2025 11:57 AMI'm gluten free so eating vegetarian AND gluten free is more difficult but I found a great chickpea pasta (Banza) that has more protein and fiber! Trying to find things that are still not overly processed but still taste good!-
Raimonda Karalius 7/13/2025 5:50 PMThat sounds like a great find! Eating gluten-free and vegetarian definitely takes some creativity, but Banza is such a good option with the extra protein and fiber.

Jess Miner 7/08/2025 8:38 AMNot too bad. I do usually have chicken for lunch. I planned ahead and made sure to get my protein from beans, lentils, & other sources! It did take some planning but it wasn't bad! -

REFLECTION QUESTIONIndustryWhat are some more "Rs" you could add to your daily practice to reduce your waste?
Jess Miner 7/02/2025 9:48 AMI use reusable bags for shopping but found that I am trying to be more conscious of buying things at the store that have less packaging. -
Jess Miner 7/02/2025 9:46 AMI thought I did a good job of going paperless but I realized that our health care (BCBS) and HSA accounts sent a large amount of paperwork. I updated it and will now receive it via email! -
Jess Miner 7/01/2025 8:36 AMFound this chart to help remember.
