    Family planning is crucial for several reasons. Some people in certain parts of the world need more or less, depending on the birth rate and societal rules in that area. Some places lack access to proper family planning due to limited resources, while others may restrict it because of religious beliefs.

    Not buying drinks that are in plastic bottles. I unfortunately did not, since many of the things I drink only come in plastic bottles.

    Something interesting was integrated multi-trophic aquaculture. It's a system that mimics natural ecosystems by farming different species together in a way that allows one species' waste to become another species ' food.
