Manny Lopez 3/26/2026 11:58 PMDoing this for a month made me realize how easy it is for me to do my part, I didnt really know what actions helped with lowering my carbon footprint, but having this list for a month made it easy to just od the bare minimum at times and know that I was making a difference. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land UseWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?
Manny Lopez 3/26/2026 6:12 PMI found making food meatless is rather easier than I had expected, but making a full vegan meal personally wasn't really feasible in my situation. -
Manny Lopez 3/16/2026 4:48 PMI have pretty much gotten into the habit of completing at least 1-2 daily challenges and have to say it is now a lot easier than it was week 1 -
REFLECTION QUESTIONIndustryWhat single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?
Manny Lopez 3/04/2026 8:37 PMI typically use paper and plastic bags when I go out shopping because sometimes, I forget to bring a reuseable bag, now I make sure to always have at least two in my car at all times -
Manny Lopez 3/04/2026 8:36 PMTwo tasks I had picked had been relatively easy to do thus far, it's the third one of having to remember to make sure I unplug everything in my room that has been a little tuff to remember, but I am getting better
