Mindful eating is healthier for us than eating with distractions. How does your eating experience differ when practicing mindfulness?

I nearly forgot to turn my phone off as i ate this morning, i am so used to it. When i practice mindfulness i realize how much screen time i have.

What have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?

I noticed that when i am outside, i often feel out of place and stiff, anxiously waiting for my outside activity to be over. This doesn't always happen though. The weather was perfect today, and i brought my dog with me. A decrease of cars would make my walks so much better, as walking near a street feels dangerous, and like i don't belong. That is because the neighborhood was built largely with cars in mind, not people.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

Meat is a luxury in many countries. So i's natural that richer countries eat more meat. Theres a lot to be said about the positive and negative affects of meat eating so im not sure where i stand there. But in terms of our planet, it is very harmful due to the greenhouse gases from cows, as well as all the meat wasted, and single use packaging used.
