    Fruit and veggies are high in fiber and are packed with vitamins. the waste you also produce from eating healthy can also act as a natural fertilizer as well

    I can actually see what I am eating and this has also stopped me from overeating. usually when someone eats distracted they end up stuffing their face and don't know when they are full but when I don't do it I can find myself getting full and not overeating

    Had a fruit salad today consisting of a pear, apple and tangirine in fruit juice. it was like a natures cereal
