It is Friday, so maybe let's play some game? I suggest we play "Would You Rather: Green Edition".
Rules: In a comment, you provide two suggestions. The next person responds with which of the two they prefer/would prefer and adds another choice.
Let me start: Would you rather give up fast fashion or give up single-use plastics?

fast fashion! my question - if you commute via car, would you rather change it to bicycle or public transport?

My daughter had a lot of educational activities in kindergarten in connection with the recently celebrated Earth Day. Now, on walks, this three-year-old picks up trash from the ground and throws it into the bin, teaches me that it is better to ride a bike than a car, and points out that trampling on grass "hurts our planet." It is a little funny, but on the other hand - it is wonderful that even in such young people, awareness and knowledge about ecology, good habits and our planet are increasing.

Did you know that you can replace one portion of meat with two eggs? Eggs are a rich source of protein, iron and B vitamins. Eggs have fewer carbohydrates than meat, consuming them supports the immune system and the nervous system, and the components in the yolk may support eyesight. However, in case of such a change in diet, it is worth to remember, to undergo regular medical checks to monitor its effect on the body. It is also worth choosing organic eggs. Have an egg-cellent day!

Taking small steps every day adds up! For Ecochallenge, I’m focusing on easy wins like using a reusable bottle, saving energy by switching off lights, cutting down on single-use plastic, limit using of car or think more during meals preparation. Small actions = big impact!
