    I have noticed that my daily walks help to clear out the cobwebs from the day and any of the remaining frustrations. I enjoy the frustrations and the camaraderie of walking with like-minded "weirdos". What would make my walks more enjoyable is if I didn't have to drive to get somewhere that was safe to walk. But unfortunately, I live on an unsafe street for walking (there have been walker and cyclists hit by cars).
