I think it's going pretty good, for a meatless meal I decided to eat some potato tacos. With salsa, lettuce and a crunchy shell it is very delicious.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

I think people in richer countries eat more because of the higher prices for meat. Eating more meat can cause health problems like carcinogens being present in red meat.

I think it helps feel more calming. One feels more relaxed in way and not rushed.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller Portions
While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

People can have a sense of control. One will choose if they will want more food after they finish the first portion.
