    The multiple benefits include better health, and money saved for me. I also feel very good about the reduced emission as a result of consuming less meat.

    This understanding has reinforced my commitment to reduced the amount of food that is kept in my pantry, which reduced the possibility of items that get overlooked and may end up being wasted.
