Joseph Durham 10/08/2024 2:40 PMEcoChallenge, day 1 for me, going good. I've been making headway in preparing zero waste meals and even came up on some ideas for "stem pesto". I don't know how I feel about eating stems but it's zero waste and blended up nice so it's cool. I also bought like a whole shank from. the butcher and instead of tossing the scraps, I made stew with some and the other fatty bits I rendered down sooo I think imma try frying some potatoes in that next week.
