What recipe did you make and how did it turn out? Will you cook with seaweed again?

The recipe I tired with seaweed sheets included shrimp, avocado and cucumber. With that I made seaweed wraps and they were so simple to make.

I have been cooking less foods with red meat and including more seafood in my diet. I've been adding more shrimp and fish to my diet. A recipe I recommend is garlic butter shrimp.
