Recycle Everything I Can

Recycling

Contamination prevents what is recyclable from being recycled. I will research and recycle all materials that are accepted by local haulers or drop stations in my community, making sure to not contaminate recyclables with non-recyclables.

How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle? How does considering implementing these "R's" make you feel?

The more careful everyone is with their choices of food, products, appliances and waste, the better off our Earth is going to be in the long run. I know personally for me whenever I can I try to recycle, and reduce the amount of waste I put out, I also try to not buy as much or excess of things I will not need or use.

Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our bodies, our planet, and other people?

Meat tends to be an expensive food choice/ product in grocery stores. Meat also takes time to prepare and cook. Not many people like to sit and cook something that takes time and effort to prepare. Many people in poorer places will withstand from buying meat and opt to buy cheaper, easier things to cook. Meat is important for our bodies because it provides us a source of protein which is important for cell growth and production.
