    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I regularly use straws from places I buy drinks at, I could just use the side of the cup and not even use a lid.

    Pretty difficult, I eat a lot because I am very physically active, so finding things free of those listed was hard

    I could reuse some of the plastic bottles that I have to help reduce the amount of plastic in landfills and found in the ocean
