I made sushi. It was very good and I might try making it again.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transportation
What was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?

    Evan Carson's avatar
    Evan Carson 4/21/2025 4:39 PM
It wasn't hard restructuring my trip; it saved money and was good for the environment! I can plan ahead and not go too far on my trips so that I don't have to fly.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Industry
What are some more "Rs" you could add to your daily practice to reduce your waste?

    Evan Carson's avatar
    Evan Carson 4/21/2025 9:43 AM
Some more R's that I could do daily to help reduce waste are reuse, reduce, and repurpose.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What have you noticed on your daily walks? What have you enjoyed? What infrastructure changes could make your walks more enjoyable or possible?

    Evan Carson's avatar

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food, Agriculture, and Land Use
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

    Evan Carson's avatar
    Evan Carson 4/10/2025 5:51 PM

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Education
What did you learn about the need for family planning? How do the needs of different people in different places compare to each other?

    Evan Carson's avatar
    Evan Carson 4/08/2025 9:27 AM
I learned that it is very important in the lives of girls, and it's important for the environment too. People in poorer communities with fewer education choices will have fewer family planning options than richer communities because richer communities have more money to spend on education.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Education
Which businesses that you researched are you excited to support? Are you already supporting businesses that you didn't know were owned by women, people of color, or immigrants?

    Evan Carson's avatar

I am just overall exited to support women.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

They can check in with the people, even the poor, so it can be the people's choice.
