    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    I do not drive and I live in east campus so I use The Wave shuttle to commute to and from campus daily.

    Regarding my daily actions under "Food, Agriculture, and Land Use", I don't have to change much since I follow a diet close to vegan lifestyle. For my lunch today I had a quesadilla using vegan oatmilk cheese, cashews & goji berries, blueberries & tangerine, and carrots with hummus.
