    Today, I chose to walk to the hair salon down the street rather than drive. It felt so good to be outdoors, and I am grateful to live in an area in which many places are accessible by walking.

    I had never heard of biomass technology before this, and I was surprised to find that there are so many forms of biomass that can be converted to energy!
