REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportation Stay on the GroundWhat was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?
Logan Borges 4/02/2024 10:27 AMOver the weekend we were going to take a trip via plane but we decided to take car based on a multitude of reasons one of those being carbon efficency.-
Jamie Jacquart 4/02/2024 10:44 AMThis is a really great example of making a less-impactful decision. Well done!!!

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn the Truth About Expiration DatesHow does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?
Logan Borges 4/02/2024 10:26 AMSell buy dates are meant for the store to know when they should sell the item based on how often it sits around in the consumer's home. Best buy dates are typically the day that the food would be the best buy but its likely going to be fine past that for a little bit especially if its canned or jarred-
Jamie Jacquart 4/14/2024 8:31 AMThis is such a difficult thing for people to interpret. Maybe we should be lobbying for new legislation that includes both a sell by date and a good until date?

Logan Borges 4/02/2024 10:22 AMSome areas i travel to often with a friend are places such as a friend's house or places of attraction -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood, Agriculture, and Land Use Smaller PortionsWhile dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?
