It makes me feel good, good exercise and easier to park than a car. I love biking around to places with friends.
I would rather ride a horse. if I had one.

    Food, Agriculture, and Land Use
In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?

Broccoli is great for that. Because you can use every part of it, the stems, leaves, and florets. I cook broccoli for family for dinner.
I hate broccoli so I wont do this for myself, but it is a good idea.

I do like to just wash some certain veggies instead of peeling them. Carrots and potatoes are nice with the skins on. Any waste of a veggie in my house, goes towards our guinea pigs diet. It's a win-win for us and the piggies.
