What was the most interesting thing to learn about sustainable aquaculture practices?

Today I learnt that one of the main threats to coral reefs are trolly fishing boats. The large nets that the ships use to catch fish are often waited to the bottom of the ocean floor, dragging across the ocean bed. These nets often plow right threw coral reefs, which take thousands of years to form, destroying unique ecological spaces and putting many aquatic life froms in danger.
