David armoush 3/31/2024 7:34 PMWhat I forced on for this challenge was trying not to drink coffee/ drink less coffee what I had before was that not drinking coffee helped me drink more water and open my appetite, which I found helpfully when eating because it made me not eat as many snacks or chips.
