    It makes me feel really good knowing that I ate yummy food without having to kill any animals. I also like teaching my kids about eating healthy food without meat.

    People in richer countries eat more meat because they can afford it, and it is widely available due to industrial farming. Eating more meat affects our bodies by increasing protein intake but can also lead to health issues like heart disease if consumed too much. It harms the planet by contributing to deforestation, water pollution, and climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions from livestock.
