We could help protect peatlands by making them and how important they are to earth's whole ecosystem as a whole because right now I feel like there not to known about because I’ve never heard about them till now but now I also realized they are very important.

I had heard of biomass technology before this but was not completely sure what it meant. Something I learned that surprised me was how manure can be converted into fuel using a digester.

Less carbon is emitted and if everywhere is nice then maybe it wont make it too expensive

When you make an area more carbon efficient, it makes it more expensive to live there because more people want to live there.

I think we should add bike lanes and encourage biking and we should provide LED lights to everyone

I walk to school and home everyday after trick practice.

I had never heard of biomass technology before and was shocked that such an environmentally friendly source of energy wasn’t as well-known as I would’ve expected.

I've heard both root words separately and maybe heard of it before but I didn't know what it really was. But now that I now i can be used for things that use fossil fuels i'm interested in how we can use it in our everyday lives. What surprised me was the way we retrieve the biomass from plants and animals.
  • May 10 at 8:48 AM
Although I have heard of biomass technology before I did this research, I did not know how big of an impact it could have on our society by replacing fossil fuels. What surprised me from this research was what could be the complete replacement of fossil fuels, is right outside.
