Bamboo is available in some quantities in my community. You have to watch for it and sometimes be ready to spend a little more. Other sustainable alternatives would be metal, like metal straws. Even plastic can be more sustainable if it isn't single-use and can be recycled.

the hardest item to reduce plastic is water bottles. I did this by just going to refill my water bottle at the water fountain to save plastic waste.

There are minimal changes that I can make in order to significantly impact my carbon footprint. Some changes I could work on would be the amount I travel and switching to being vegan. I could also work toward switching to more sustainable options for electricity consumption and lessening my chance of over consumption.

Truthfully these are large factors but on top of this electric vehicles are more efficient both energy-wise and fuel-wise. So once my car is on its way out I am hoping to have enough saved up to make the switch.

Another benefit is the health benefits. By reducing the amount you eat you are consuming fewer calories which can cause weight loss which may be beneficial to someone.

I take the time to enjoy my meal and think about where my food was sourced

My diet is constantly changing due to my pickiness alongside the fact that I have dietary issues, I try to change different aspects to help with my issues.

Changing the clothes that you currently have like cutting them, adding on new features with scrap fabrics, etc. You can also mix and match different aesthetics to make a new look as well as thrifting clothes or wearing hand-me-downs.
