    I have not been as diligent or consistent with my daily challenge of eating less meat and dairy for the past month, but now I am ready to get back on track and finish out the challenge strong and hopefully develop healthier and more sustainable habits.

    I’ve noticed since eating one meatless meal a day I’ve had a craving for more fruit and vegetables instead of wanting to eat meat.

    I started my challenge of eating only one meal with meat 5 days ago. So far I have not eaten any meat and have supplemented it plant based substitutes and vitamins. Personally, my body feels better now then it did a week ago. Hopefully it continues on this path.
