    The Challenge is going great, I'm enjoying my salads and I think I'm helping the environment as well (albeit in a small way)..

    The Challenge is moving along well, I've developed a fondness for salads a as a result of this challenge, and also learned how to be reliant on other foods as a source of energy besides meat.

    The Challenge is progressing along well, I've noticed that eating smaller portions actually makes me feel as if I have more energy and also I believe its contributing to a smaller waste impact on my part.

    In recent years a lake very close to me, lake Ontario, has had bans on not eating fish. At one point there you could not eat any fish in the lake due to mercury levels. There is still a limit for how many fish pregnant women can eat from this lake.

    The Challenge is going well, I think by eating smaller portions and and mainly sticking to a plant based/ vegan diet has helped me lose a few pounds, plus (hopefully) it's helping the environment as well.

    Solar and wind energy would help reduce the amount of carbon dioxide being released but the price for them are high.
