    It's going great.  One more person has signed the petition from the Sierra Club asking Publix to stop using plastic bags in its check-out lines.

    People in richer countries can afford meat more easily than less financially privileged people.  Raising animals for meat requires large amounts of land, also less available in poorer countries.  Eating meat cause "rich people diseases" like heart disease.  Raising livestock causes deforestation and methane production.

    I am saving my used coffee grinds at home to use as compost for my plants.

    I am fortunate to live in a community where I can walk to shops and whenever possible I take full advantage. It's nice to leave the car at home and get outside!

    Having my metal water bottle with me is second nature to me now, so much so that if I don't have it, I panic. I'm in love with my water bottle.
