    I learned that family planning is deeply interconnected with climate change and women's rights. When women are given access to education and contraceptives, they become empowered to have less kids and therefore reduce world impact

    While mindfully eating I noticed that I eat a lot slower, and it almost becomes a break during my day that I can look forward to instead of rushing through it.

    Having smaller portions is better for our health as well. We always feel that what we take we have to eat, and sometimes that leads to overeating. By taking less, we can only eat what we need, and we can always go back for seconds ;)

    One thing that I have noticed is the amount of improvements La Crosse has made to making the city more appealing and beautiful for those who choose to look. The city has gained many gardens and beautiful areas for nature to be seen.
