    I went on a morning walk today with a friend and my reusable coffee cup! I did not bring my phone and disconnected from all electronics. I felt myself being so much more in touch with my surroundings without technology. I even saw a fox run by the trees! It was a lovely way to start my day.

    I have been separating my trash. By doing so I become more conscious of my waste/consumption. I designated a bag for recyclables and have been reusing bags that came with some items I ordered.
