    Operating in harsh marine environments is hard, tidal  energy is better established than wave,  more wave-energy technologies are being tested more today, and it accounts for a good fraction of all the energy generated globally.

    Very easy! I use olive oil, usually vegan options for chocolate/cocoa products, and changed from coffee to energy drinks (not as good for me but I do love my Monster)These are things that I think everyone could change very easily unless of course coffee is your go to then it could be a little bit of a challenge, but all worth it in the grand...

    just by thinking of new ways to incorporate different parts into what you like to eat. potato skins can be cooked down into base.

    I go outside and eat sometimes, its so peaceful and I am able to really take in the environment around me. I talk with family and eat slower which is a good thing and can experience the meal more instead of just watching some stuff and scarfing it down lol :) would recommend chilling outside or being with family with no distractions!
