Hi everyone!Did you know that this past week we've completed 377 EcoChallenges?  That's amazing!!!  This really shows our ability to make an impact together.  We are changing the world with every action we take!

Knowing the different "expiration" dates on labels, empowers me by not being afraid to throw out, but eat "expired food" if it still looks (and smells) good, even if the date has passed.

I went for a walk today and achieved my daily goal, while also preparing for my 10 mile hike this weekend and saying a distanced "Hi!" to friends in the neighborhood!
